Despite being a technical workshop for analytical insurance experts, being a freelancer means that you need to take very good care of you.. So we tackled sleep and energy levels so that they could show up at their best to work and for interviews.
As a freelancer, mind management is crucial to make clear and sound decisions, to keep your inner chatting positive and to be innovative in your tasks.
The latest training was held at Belfius with 25 actuaries ready to dive deeper into mental well-being. In 2 hours, we covered some theory on stress and mind management, practical breathing exercises on how to better master our mental and emotional environment, finishing off with some energising moves and relaxation.
